Per chi guida persone For people who lead people

Poi leggi cosa ha funzionato e cosa no.

The hard conversation, rehearsed first.

A simulator for workplace conversations. You talk, by voice or text, with a counterpart who reacts to what you say: a direct report, a peer, your boss, a client. Then you read what worked and what didn't.

Practice, not a course

Twenty minutes, whenever you like, on a situation you will actually face.

A counterpart who reacts

They have a temperament, an agenda and a mood that shifts line by line. If you stay vague or give ground, they notice.

You walk in knowing the context

Every case comes with a brief: who you are, who you face, what you know, what you need, how far you can go. It stays available during the conversation.

Arrivano senza preavviso, come succede davvero.

The curveballs of a real conversation

A threat to resign, "I'm taking this to HR", an ultimatum mid-negotiation. They arrive unannounced, as they do in real life.

Cosa tenere, cosa migliorare, cosa lasciare.

A debrief that tells you what to do

After each conversation: whether the message landed, whether you held your ground, and three concrete pointers. Keep, improve, drop.

New cases, when you need them

Beyond the twenty-five ready-made cases, the simulator builds a new one on the spot. You can give it an idea: the situation waiting for you next week.

A voce, come al telefono

Parli e ti risponde in tempo reale; puoi interromperlo e lui può interrompere te. Se preferisci, lo stesso colloquio a testo.

By voice, like a phone call

You speak and they answer in real time; you can interrupt them and they can interrupt you. Or run the same conversation in text.

Difficulty adapts to you.

Each kind of situation has its own scale, from one to eight. You may be solid on feedback and still unsure in a negotiation: the simulator knows, and suggests the right case for each.

  • It goes up when you are improving.
  • It stays where it is when you are steady.
  • It goes down one step when your latest sessions went worse.

After every conversation you find your next recommended simulation, with the reason. No grades: it is simply how you keep practising at the edge of what you can do.

RiservatezzaConfidentiality

What you say in the conversation stays yours.

It is a gym, not an assessment. You only practise well where you are free to get it wrong.

Your conversations are not shared with your companyTranscripts and debriefs are for you.
You always know what is keptThe transcript and, for voice conversations, the recording: only you find them, among your sessions.
